Prakash Moolathva

Founder President Sri Prakash Moolathva, who has many years’ experience in social activities, has been elected as President for the period 2017-2022.

Mr. Rtn. Prakash Moolathva, a pioneer, an entrepreneur, and a social reformer who believes that social service need not know any boundaries dint of hard work and singular devotion to service with the aim of serving the society. He today enjoys a prominent status in society.

Born on 1967 at Mukka, Mangalore, Mr. Prakash migrated to Mumbai, Maharashtra with his family. Coming from a humble beginning, he excelled in education and started working at a very tender age. He initiated an Interior decoration business in corporate sector of Mumbai and later continued it in Karnataka for several years. Mr. Prakash Moolathva is the chairman of GLOBAL COMPUTER INSTITUTE, which is imparting quality technical education to the students. Endowed with sharp business acumen a balanced perspective and a social bent of mind, Mr. Prakash Moolathva is renowned orator and conducts seminars, personality development programs, competitive exam sessions etc at school and college levels.

Mr. Prakash’s vision of value is based on holistic education, focusing on acquiring, thinking skills and ‘learning how to learn for life’. Mr. Prakash by virtue of his strong will power, great education and unconquerable leadership quality, has occupied a pivotal position in his community throughout his career. He believes firmly that a community uncaring for its traditions is decadent and insubstantial.

He served as President of the Rotary club Mangalore Central in 2007-08 and Trustee of Shree Ayyappa Swami Temp Deralakatte, he contributes to various social and economic organizations like the Rotary club, Orphanages, Social service centers etc. Widely traveled and highly connected, Mr. Prakash Moolathva has a network of associates, friends and well-wishers who provide total support and co-operation in his beliefs, vision and mission – enriching the lives of those who are with him.

Mr. Prakash Moolathva set up the Moolathva Foundation Charitable Trust. The main aim of the Foundation is Holistic Healing of a PERSON. Moolathva Foundation focuses on Prayer, Reiki Class, Aura Scanning, Self Hypnosis, Pyramid Protection Therapy, Meditation Class, Spirit Releasing, Past Life Therapy / Regression, Reiki Healing, Distance Healing; Astral Travelling Etc.

We have 12 active board of Directors and more than 800 shareholders and the list is ever-growing.

As on 31st August 2017 total business crossed Rs.0.75Crores, with Rs.0.45Crores deposits and Rs0.37Crores loans & advances. The society has paid-up capital of Rs.25 lakhs with 800 plus members. Net NPA is NIL.
